Super Duty D60 Fabricated Diff Cover
Our heavy duty fabricated covers are guranteed to protect your expensive differentials. The mounting ring is constructed from massive 3/8" thick steel. The cover shell is fabricated and formed from 1/4" thick steel for true strength. We use a generous sized 3/4" NPT fill hole/plug that is TIG welded into the shell. Not only is the fill hole large, its also set an angle to aid in filling your differential with just using the bottle your gear oil comes in. No need for an awkward transfer pump because you can't get your bottle to tilt far enough without spilling! This cover is shallower than a standard fabricated Dana 60 cover to allow for steering linkage clearance.
